Is it possible to get a top leadership position later in your career - even if you didn’t have a steep career trajectory in your 20s and 30s? This article argues that many women now are speeding up - not slowing down - when in their 50s. If you (men or women) spend your early years in the workforce taking care of kids and family (in corona-times!), take a page from the book of the women now turning careers upside down. They may be showing the way for a more diverse workforce (if employers respond!).
