I am a researcher - and a coach!

I created a three year, 5.7 mio DKK research project with great partners - and we received funding from The Innovation Fund Denmark! I am partnering up with Danish Industries, University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen Capacity, and others. The project is about creating better tools for companies when they onboard internationals, particularly the midsize Danish companies, who need the inspiration - but sometime find retention a challenge. The project will take up a part of my time for the next years and will undoubtedly serve as an inspiration to my other work and vice versa.
