ABOUT
Working with Signe Biering
Working with Signe Biering, you will quickly experience a further strengthening of your skills as a manager and leader of employees and projects across borders and cultures. You have the freedom to choose your own way - coaching, advisory, business therapy - and find the way that fits your needs.
As a top leader, your work is characterized by constraints. They may be due to your business, your organisation, or due to personal choices, historic facts, or economic realities, Together with Signe Biering you will open your field of vision when “thinking inside the box”. Using the constraints inherent in your job will intensify creativity and rethink boundaries while being in a safe space.
Experience shows it is seldom the lack of intellectual capacity but rather what lies at the very edge of the field of vision which disturbs your leadership abilities. Deep insight very rarely comes from thinking harder about a problem. Sometimes it comes from looking up, or it may come from going deeper - with a sparring partner, who is able to move with you and challenge your thinking.
